Boston, Massachusettes — InfoPay, a leading provider of data-driven consumer information services, today announced the acquisition of HomeScore’s flagship AI-enabled property analysis product, a dynamic, insight engine designed to help home buyers interpret complex property information with clarity. The acquisition strengthens InfoPay’s growing real estate technology portfolio, including PropertyChecker, and will serve as a core component of a new AI-enabled home-buying platform
HomeScore’s AI feature translates complex property data, such as inspection details, financial implications, environmental risks, and long-term cost considerations, into clear, digestible, and actionable insights. Originally developed to support homebuyers seeking to make more confident purchase decisions, the technology has been refined using feedback from agents, inspectors, builders, and recent buyers across the U.S.
