InfoPay Hosts First Company-Wide Retreat in Rincón, Puerto Rico

July 13th, 2026

RINCÓN, Puerto Rico — InfoPay recently hosted its first company-wide retreat, bringing together employees from across its global remote workforce for several days of planning, team building, and in-person collaboration.

As a company with employees based across different locations, time zones, and cultures, the retreat created a valuable opportunity for the organization to gather in one place. The event focused on building trust, strengthening team culture, and creating clearer alignment around the company’s goals.

A major focus of the retreat was establishing how InfoPay’s teams can work more effectively as the company continues to grow. Through structured exercises and group discussions, employees explored how cultural backgrounds, working styles, and day-to-day habits can shape the way ideas are shared, decisions are made, and priorities are understood.

The retreat also gave the team time to review its roadmap for the rest of the year. Working sessions centered on improving internal processes, refining priorities, and building a unified vision that will help teams stay focused on the initiatives that matter most to the business.

InfoPay also hosted a hackathon with its technical team, giving employees an opportunity to solve problems together in a focused, hands-on setting. The session highlighted the capability, creativity, and technical expertise within the organization while encouraging new ideas that can support future product development and business growth.

In addition to the strategy sessions, the retreat included team-building activities designed to help employees build rapport in a more relaxed setting. From interactive exercises and group problem-solving activities to pool volleyball and snorkeling, the event gave team members time to strengthen relationships with colleagues they often work with remotely.

The retreat marked an important milestone for InfoPay as its first company-wide gathering of this kind. Following the success of the event, InfoPay plans to make the retreat an annual tradition every January, giving employees a recurring opportunity to realign, reflect, and begin each year with a shared sense of purpose.

As InfoPay continues to grow, the company remains focused on building a strong global team that can work with clarity across locations and departments. The retreat reinforced the value of bringing people together, not only to plan for the future, but to better understand how the organization can move forward as one.
